Basic Teeth Care

  • Brush Teeth For a Minimum of 2 minutes – if you don’t already know, dentists recommend brushing your teeth 2-3 minutes at least. Four to five is even better. Most people brush their teeth for a minimum of 30 seconds so next time, get a timer stick to 2 minutes.
  • Use an Electric Toothbrush – electric toothbrush does all the work for you. It’s a fabulous invention. It will scrub away up 98% of plaque if used daily. This will keep your teeth whiter and for those who want teeth, this is a great start.
  • Mouthwash – using a good whitening mouth wash once a day to help protect your teeth from future plaque. Don’t overdue it as over mouth washing will increase bad breath. Mouthwash is alcohol based and alcohol dries the mouth which in turn causes bad breath.
  • Floss – flossing is highly beneficial for your teeth. It helps you avoid gum disease and will, in the long run, help keep your teeth in tip top shape.
